An outdoor installation for the residential zone with 80 units was planned. A clear architecture concerning layout and materials were assigned in the planning. A central axis, accompanied by trees, connects the individual flats and contains the functions that were demanded like playground, resting areas and movement areas. The characteristic of this planning is the whole area is completely traffic-free inside. So privacy and peace are ensured inside the plant. In the south you can see the Rhine river between the mansions. The building was completed in May 2004 and now it develops as predicted.
