K&K Dubai office has been encharged to carry out an unique landscape design for Office Park project @ Business Bay located in Dubai. A representative entrance zone including water features has been created in co-operation with the architects from Planquadrat Middle East. The attraction of the entrance zone comes out of the connection between the inside and outside areas und the spacious entrance. The terraces of the Coffee Shops and Restaurants will be located in front of the Building and will be seperated by planting beds out of grasses and flowers to the public walk way areas. The distinct Architecture and shape design has been included and continued in the outside areas. The reserved vegetation in partial areas as well as the the foreseen trees (Albizia or Palms) harmonizes with the facade of the building and transmits you a pleasant visual effect. The spacious Plaza invites you to rest or to take a walk. K&K Dubai has signed the contract for all stages of this project: design, tender and also supervision.
